Job Description:
We are actively seeking experienced taxi drivers with exceptional driving skills and an excellent track record to join our team. Responsibilities:
– Safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, including but not limited to: Point to point travel, customer drop off and pickup, vehicle pre & post-trip inspections.
– Provide top-tier customer service to both passengers and pedestrians.
– Follow GPS directions and abide by all traffic laws.
– Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, and loading luggage or packages.
– Manage cash and card payments.
– Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
– Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs.
Qualifications:
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– Prior experience as a professional driver, preferably in the taxi industry.
– Excellent knowledge of the city and ability to use GPS devices.
– Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
– Ability to lift heavy objects.
